Calculate Nutrition Facts For Any Thanksgiving Recipe

I was at a loss for what to write about today (and I didn't think you wanted me to recite the details of the case study I'm working on for my Maternal an Infant Nutrition class), so I was quite happy to find in my inbox a cartoon from a colleague who heard that I'd recently given a talk on food labeling.
